(EXPERIENCED) 'Valtech India Systems Private Ltd' : Testing Engineer @ Bangalore

What you do

A seasoned testing professional with at least 5+ years of industry experience and the minimum since the last 3+ years with sound experience on the below spread of skills.

Knowledge of the eCommerce domain and experience of a luxury fashion brand would be an advantage.
Knowledge of SFCC / Demandware features and functionality.
Experienced in web and mobile functional test case writing, testing, status reporting.
Experienced in multi - browsers, languages, currencies, and cultures.
Experienced in defect management tools such as Jira, Service Now, etc.
A strong and innovative approach for defect/issue debugging and providing the first level of analysis to the Development team.
Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.
Written and verbal communication skills in English. 
A team player.
Agile methodology (Scrum preferred)
The ideal candidate will have B2C, fashion/luxury sector experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience with SFCC / Demandware. 

What we ask for
Manual / Automated testing with eCommerce Domain on SFCC platform
Writing and executing UI, Functional, and System Test Cases
Prepare test data 
Requirement analysis and obtain clarifications
Update ticketing system and defect tracking systems with issue details, test status, etc 
Supporting Business Analyst in translating business requirements to test cases.
Supporting project manager in interactions with customers as required.
Supporting Architect and Developers in improvement activities.
Team interactions, customer interactions, and expectations management.
Implementation of project processes and best practices.
Adheres to policies, guidelines, and procedures of Valtech and customers while development is carried out.
Ensure services are delivered as per SLAs.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and tools
